Balkan Group Construction is a construction organisation active in motorway and road platform works, cut-and-fill, aggregate production and heavy haulage across Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Croatia and Türkiye.
We provide field capacity within the programmes of international main contractors such as Bechtel-ENKA, POWERCHINA, CRBC and Taşyapı, while also delivering residential and building projects in Belgrade and Albania.

A single production chain
Construction machinery, the dump truck fleet, quarries and the crushing-screening plant are managed within the same work programme. Material flows without interruption from the excavation face to the fill.

07Machinery & Haulage Fleet
Equipped for high-volume site production.
A fleet of more than 200 heavy vehicles and machines, comprising excavators, dozers, graders, rollers, wheel loaders and multi-axle dump trucks.
The excavation face. Excavator and dozer groups run the excavation and loading face, while wheel loaders handle material feeding and stockpile management.
A focus on cycle time. Truck numbers are balanced against excavator output, haul distance and dump-site access, reducing equipment idle time.
